Informações Gerais


As submissões de trabalhos para o evento são exclusivamente por meio de formulário eletrônico online. Não serão aceitos trabalhos enviados por qualquer outro meio. Para efetuar sua submissão é preciso estar inscrito no evento. Após o cadastro o autor deve acessar a Área do usuário, localizar a opção Resumo no menu interno e preencher o formulário eletrônico.

Regras de submissão


Os trabalhos deverão ser enviados em inglês e ser apresentados conforme as orientações abaixo. Todos os resumos aceitos pela comissão científica serão publicados nos Anais do Evento..
A comissão científica selecionará os melhores trabalhos de alunos de pós-graduação para serem apresentados de forma oral. Os demais trabalhos serão apresentados na forma de poster. Os autores serão avisados com antecedência.
Para o envio do trabalho, é necessário realizar a inscrição. O pagamento e submissão do resumo devem ser feitos até 31 de julho de 2025. Cada inscrito pode submeter apenas um resumo.
Os trabalhos deverão ser submetidos eletronicamente, por meio do Formulário de Submissão de Resumo, contido no site do evento. Ao enviar o trabalho o autor deverá escolher a sessão de interesse (área temática) em que o trabalho será apresentado.
O texto do trabalho deverá ter até 2.000 caracteres com espaços, Deve ser escrito como um parágrafo, com espaçamento simples entre linhas, fonte arial, tamanho 11. O trabalho deve ser aderente a uma das temáticas do evento e conter introdução, objetivos, material e métodos, resultados e conclusões, sem separação ou identificação dos tópicos.
O primeiro autor será obrigatoriamente o responsável pela submissão e apresentação do trabalho.

Normas para Organização do Resumo


As normas para elaboração do resumo devem ser rigorosamente observadas, sob pena de rejeição do mesmo pela comissão de avaliação de trabalhos científicos do evento. O RESUMO pode ser enviado em português, inglês ou espanhol, e ser apresentado seguindo as orientações abaixo:

A Comissão Científica do evento recomenda expressamente rigor na correção gramatical, formatação e apresentação dos resumos, cuja forma e conteúdo são de inteira responsabilidade do(s) autor(es).

Presentation Instructions


Poster Presentations
The author of the paper will be responsible for printing, transporting, and installing the poster on the designated presentation board. The poster dimensions must not exceed 90 cm in width and 120 cm in height, and must be written in English. The event organizer is not responsible for delivering or receiving posters.

Each paper will have a numbered position on the panel for poster installation. Check the poster number in the participant area of the event website before the event to avoid delays and ensure a smoother session. We recommend that authors arrive at their session 20 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow sufficient time for poster installation.

The presenting author responsible for the paper must remove the poster from the panel by 10:00 am the day after their presentation. If the poster is not removed, the organizer will automatically remove and discard the poster.

The paper must be presented by the author who was indicated as the presenter during the submission process. Suppose the presenting author is not the one who was shown during the submission process. In that case, they must indicate the replacement during the evaluation. To access the event and present their work, the presenting author must have paid their registration fee.

The presenting author must be present at the exhibited work during their presentation session and be prepared to respond to the evaluator's questions. Appeals regarding the merits of the Judging Committees' decisions will not be accepted.
Oral Presentations
The list of pre-selected authors for oral presentations in both graduate and undergraduate programs will be published on the conference website in the scientific program. The awards will be announced during the conference's closing session. Appeals regarding the merits of the Judging Committees' decisions will not be accepted.

Oral presentations by selected students must be a maximum of 15 minutes long. Slides must be prepared in English as a PowerPoint file and brought on a USB flash drive on the day of the presentation. Students should arrive 15 minutes early to avoid delaying the start of the session. The oral presentation in English is optional.

Selected participants will be notified by email before the event. Candidates must confirm receipt and accept their participation in the selection process for the award in question.

Failure to attend the session where the oral presentation is scheduled to take place will result in automatic disqualification.

The Judging Committee will be composed of members of the event's Scientific Committee. Any omissions will be resolved by the Judging Committee, after consultation with the Organizing Committee.

Students selected for the oral presentation must also present their work in poster format.
